Bird Music – Chicken Love
My latest piece of ‘bird music’ is made from chicken noises - chicken related sound samples, recorded from the above pictured hens. The percussive sounds are the chickens pecking on various surfaces. Together with my voice and that’s pretty obvious…
My friend described this particular piece of bird music as ‘delightfully mad’ which just about sums it up.

I love these Chickens. They have healed and soothed me after the death of my beloved friend. They are a delightful presence in my life. Caring for them brings me joy, I am besotted with these beautiful birds; who would have believed it, all I wanted was the eggs…..you can read my previous post here, for more about them.
